Orthophoto CIR period 2015-2017 with a resolution of 20 cm per pixel which covers the territory of the Republic of Albania. This orthophoto is part of the project financed by the Albanian Government by decision of the Regional Development Council No. 14, dated 23.9.2014, published in the official gazette no. 147/2014 with the title project "Creation of a Geospatial data system to support regional development and management, first phase". The data are in conformity with the standard with the Council of Ministers No. 397, dated 19.06.2019, On the approval of the document "State Standards for Technical Specifications of Geospatial Information in Albania - Topic: Orthoimagery"
Orthophoto CIR (Colour Infrared) format covering the territory of the Republic of Albania created from aerial photography of the period 2015-2017. Aerial photographs have been orthorectified using the photogrammetric method and using as a basis the three-dimensional lidar model, which was part of the same project. The resolution of the orthophoto is 20cm/pixel for reasons of uniform display of data as a service in the geoportal. In urban areas, the same product was used that you will find in the CIR 2015 8cm Orthophoto layer. Information on technical characteristics of the orthophoto of each area, according to which the photography project has been divided, can be found in the layer published in the geoportal Orthoimagery Coverage, which is also in this data category.
