These are the data created by the digitalization of the 1:10000 scale topographic map frame, which are scanned, georeferenced and transformed into the official KRGJSH coordinate system. The transformation of the coordinates of these maps was carried out according to the parameters of Instruction no. 4381/1, dated 22.9.2015 “On the transformation of coordinates from the Global Geodetic Reference Frame “ITRF2005 (epoch 2007.2)” and the Albanian Geodetic System “ALB86” to the European Geodetic Reference Frame “ETRF2000 (epoch 2014.177)” and “ETRF2000 (epoch 2008)”. These vector data contain as information the name of the topographic map of the scale 1:10000 which represents additional information for the images of historical maps where the date when they were created and updated is given. The data is in accordance with the State Standard for Technical Specifications of Geospatial Information in Albania - Topic: Geographic network systems.
The Map Nomenclature (1:10000) was created by the State Authority for Geospatial Information. It is updated based on changes that occur.
