By the decision of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Cazin adopted at the session held on May 31, 2016. In 2008, the drafting of the Amendments and Supplements to the Regulatory Plan of "Slatinska Bara" began. The Decision on Amendments to the Decision on Joining the Development of Amendments to the RP "Slatinska Bara", adopted at the session of the City Council of the City of Cazin on February 25, 2019. the conditions for making amendments were additionally defined. The amendments set out the conditions for the use, construction, arrangement and protection of space and the method of implementation of the Amendments and Supplements of the RP "Slatinska Bara", which define: the boundaries of the spatial unit, urban-technical conditions for the construction of buildings, conditions for the construction of temporary facilities, conditions for the development of construction land, conditions for the use of land on protective infrastructure belts, conditions for the temporary use of areas reserved for other purposes, conditions for the construction of facilities for the shelter of the population and material goods for defense purposes, conditions for arrangement of facades, installation of fences, temporary occupation of land, installation of pillars and independent advertising facilities, conditions for the arrangement of green free areas, relation to existing facilities, conditions for carrying out economic activities. The total area covered is 72.88 ha.
