The general goals of spatial development of the Municipality of Kiseljak are aligned with the stated goals: to harmonize the relationships between needs on the one hand and natural resources and conditions on the other, which will be achieved by adequate organization of space in accordance with natural conditions, social priorities and long-term interests. Directing the development of settlements and more even development of the entire space of the Municipality of Kiseljak will be achieved by establishing functional relationships between spatial systems and planned development of settlements that will play the role of centers of gravity.
Sve primjedbe koje su dostavljene dopisom br.03-23-2370/07 dana 31.10.2007.g. na planski dokument „PROSTORNA OSNOVA „ ugrađene su u Prostorni plan Općine Kiseljak 2026.g. Po usvajanju prve faze od strane Naručioca pristupilo se izradi „NACRTA“ Prostornog plana Općine Kiseljak 2026g. Odlukom o provođenju Prostornog plana, utvrđuju se uslovi korištenja, izgradnje, uređenja i zaštite prostora, te na taj način se obezbjeđuje realizacija Prostornog plana Općine Kiseljak 2026.g.
