The area of 14.7 ha, included in the Plan boundary, is located in the northwest of the Sarajevo Canton, and administratively belongs to the Ilijaš municipality. The planning area is limited: to the west it borders the RP "Centar Ilijaš" and RP "Banovac", to the south and southeast by the slope of the Karašnica hill, to the north by the zone of sports and recreation, parks and protective greenery. The basic assumptions of the spatial organization concept are based on the following: - improving the standard and quality of life of the inhabitants of this area, by equipping it with the necessary social, communal and transport infrastructure, - forming new plots for the construction of individual residential buildings, - establishing transport connections between settlements with settlements in the contact zone, - forming a zone of protective greenery and landscaped green areas in accordance with spatial possibilities. New plots for individual residential construction were formed in the central and southeastern part of the scope, where the spatial possibilities for this were the most favorable. All plots for the construction of individual residential buildings are distributed on state-owned land. 86 new plots were formed. Collective residential and commercial buildings are located in the far southwest of the area, and are planned as replacement buildings for existing prefabricated buildings. These are 4 existing buildings planned for reconstruction, extension, extension, redesign or new construction as a replacement for the building stock. They are located along the planned regional road, where in the current state there are mainly buildings of the same purpose. Also, another collective residential and commercial building is planned as a replacement for the existing prefabricated buildings between two existing collective buildings in Ul. Hašima Spahića.
