Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Ljubnići-Ilijaš"

The area of 3.8 ha, included in the Plan boundary, is located in the northwest of the Sarajevo Canton, and administratively belongs to the Ilijaš municipality. The planning area is located on the left side of the Bosna River, in the area of the village of Balbegoviča, north of the trigonometer /597 m above sea level/ in the Šiljegovoća area, at approximately 1500 m, west of Podlugovo. The basic assumptions of the spatial organization concept are based on the following: - locating the facilities of the chicken fattening and processing farm, with optimal spatial organization of the complex with accompanying facilities, in a way that respects the protection of nature and the environment, - establishing traffic connections to the complex and equipping it with infrastructure; New plots for the construction of commercial facilities have been formed along the western border of the scope. These are two construction plots, and at the same time two phases for the implementation of the planned facilities.
