Regulatory plan "Barica" - Phase A
Bosnia and Herzegovina (bih)

The area of 31.80 ha included in the Plan boundary is limited to the east by the Kobilja Glava spatial unit, to the west by the ''Ugorko - Menjak'' spatial unit - ''A'' phase, to the north by the planned route of the I transversal and the Hotonj spatial unit, and to the south by the plots as shown in the graphic attachments. The concept of the spatial organization of the ''A'' phase of this Plan (together with the ''A'' phases of the neighboring plans under development: RP ''Uglješići'', RP ''Donja Jošanica'' and RP ''Ugorsko-Menjak''), is based primarily on providing urban and planning prerequisites for the implementation of section I of the Transversal from the Kobilja Glava Tunnel to the Vogošćanska Interchange, then for new construction and integration of the existing construction stock. In this sense, the spatial organization concept, in addition to the established route of the I Transversal and the railway, as well as the solutions for the transport network of the wider site and their alignment with the I Transversal route, plans to build a larger number of individual residential buildings on the ground floors that can accommodate business premises, as well as one business building. The site is planned to be equipped with a network of communal infrastructure, with the implementation of adequate technical measures for the rehabilitation and stabilization of the terrain. The proposed solution plans to build a total of 63 new buildings. The planned primary traffic matrix for this spatial entity consists of the I Transversal and the railway connecting the Sarajevo Putna station via Vogošće with Semizovac. The secondary network of roads consists of vehicular and pedestrian roads whose main goal is to connect the main sources of traffic with the transport network, i.e. settlement roads, i.e. internal roads within spatial zones and which are in the nature of city streets.
