Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Ahatovići"

The area of 69 ha, included in the Plan's border, belongs to the administrative territory of the Novi Grad municipality. It is limited in the southeast by the spatial unit of the Regulatory Plan "Bojnik-Dobroševići", and the remaining part of the Plan's coverage borders the area that is not covered by the implementation and planning documentation. The aim of the Plan was to adopt an implementation and planning basis for the area that, according to the development plans, is mainly intended for individual residential construction. The Plan provides for the possibility of new construction while maintaining the existing residential construction, the planned construction and reconstruction of the transport infrastructure, as well as the construction of the primary and secondary network of utility and energy infrastructure, and the equipping of the settlement with social infrastructure facilities capable of the Local Community level. The planned reconstruction and equipping of the area with utility and social infrastructure and the definition of conditions for the rehabilitation of unstable terrain provide a planning basis for implementation on the ground in order to improve living conditions in this area. On free undeveloped areas in terms of optimal organization and placement of facilities, the construction of individual residential buildings, as well as residential and business buildings, is planned. The construction of social infrastructure facilities is planned in the area that would represent the Local Community Center, as well as in the ground floors of the planned facilities, along Šehidska Street.
