Metadata Details: Spatial plan of the Municipality of Kreševo for the period 2008-2028. year

The analysis of the spatial distribution of the settlements shows that the settlements in the territory of the municipality of Kreševo are unevenly distributed. The uneven dispersion of settlements in the area of the municipality of Kreševo makes it difficult to transition the existing system of settlements into a polycentric system of settlements. The main characteristic of the development of settlements in the area of Kreševo municipality so far is the polarization of the Municipal Center and the decrease in the number of inhabitants of the village. If current trends were to continue, the villages would be emptied and the population would be concentrated in the center of the municipality and in the area along the regional roads. By analyzing the natural and created conditions and the condition of the transport infrastructure, it is evaluated as a realistic basis for achieving significantly greater effects in the spatial and economic development of the municipality of Kreševo, especially in the transport infrastructure segment.

Izmjene i dopune prijedloga prostornog općine Kreševo su urađene na osnovu Ugovora broj:02-31-1064/01 od 17.07.2007.godine , te na osnovu Odluke Općinskog vijeća broj. 01-02 799 od 25.12.2012. Obzirom da je došlo do dopuna i izmjena tekstualnog dijela Plana u dijelu Projekcija prostornog razvoja, a na osnovu Odluke Općinskog vijeća broj. 01-02 799 od 25.12.2012.i na osnovu konceptualnih rješenja Prostornog plana FBIH2008-2028.godina, zatim zakonske regulative u određenim oblastima ( promet, postupanje s otpadom, Uredbe o prostornim standardima, urbanističko - tehničkim uvjetima i normativima za sprječavanje stvaranja arhitektonsko-urbanističkih prepreka za lica sa umanjenim tjelesnim mogućnostima, te izmjena i dopuna Uredbe o jedinstvenoj metodologiji za izradu dokumenata prostornog uređenja) , to su i u Odluci o provođenju plana izmjenjeni i dodati i Članci koji nisu navedeni u Odluci Općinskog vijeća broj. 01-02 799 od 25.12.2012.
