Article 14 of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Air Protection ("Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH", No. 4/10) stipulates that the register of installations and environmental pollution established on the basis of the Law on Environmental Protection shall also include a register of air emissions in which data on sources of air emissions, their legal entities and pollutants emitted by the sources into the air are entered. In April of each year, cantons should publish reports on air emissions (including emissions from natural sources) for the year before last for the territory of their canton. The Cantonal Environmental Protection Plan of the Tuzla Canton 2015 - 2020, in the chapter on air under the strategic objective 1. Limiting emissions of pollutants through the construction of technical capacities, provides for the operational objective 1.2. reduction of air pollution in Tuzla Canton, and within this operational objective, the following activities are envisaged: 1.2.1. creation of a register of air pollution sources in the area of Tuzla Canton and activity 1.2.2. Creation of a cadastre of air emissions in the Tuzla Canton. The work program of the Tuzla Canton Government for 2017 envisages the creation and adoption of a register of air emissions in the Tuzla Canton.
