The Regulatory Plan for the Business Zone "Vranjska" Bosanska Krupa for the period 2025 to 2035 is a binding detailed planning document that defines the boundaries of spatial units, the conditions of use, construction, development and protection of the space, and the methods of implementing the regulatory plan. The decision on the implementation of the regulatory plan defines: boundaries of spatial units, urban - technical conditions for the construction of buildings, conditions for the arrangement of construction land, conditions for the arrangement of green and free areas, conditions for the temporary use of areas reserved for other purposes (until they are brought to the established purpose), conditions for the construction of temporary buildings, conditions for the use of land in protective infrastructure belts and protected areas, conditions for the construction of buildings and measures to protect the population and material assets from natural and other disasters, measures to protect rights persons with reduced physical capabilities, measures to prevent adverse effects on the environment, conditions for decorating facades, erecting fences, erecting poles and independent advertising objects, relation to existing objects, and the conditions under which certain activities can be performed. The total area covered is 70.70 ha.
