Metadata Details: Amendments to the Regulatory Plan "Wood Industry", Ključ

By the decision of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Ključ adopted at the session held on September 2, 2024. In 2008, the drafting of the Amendments and Supplements to the Regulatory Plan "Wood Industry" Ključ was started. The amendments set out the conditions for the use, construction, arrangement and protection of space and methods of implementation of the Amendments to the RP "Wood Industry", which define: the boundaries of the spatial unit, urban-technical conditions for the construction of buildings, conditions for the construction of temporary buildings, conditions for the arrangement of construction land, conditions for the use of land on protective infrastructure belts, conditions for the temporary use of areas reserved for other purposes, conditions for the construction of facilities for the shelter of the population and material goods for the needs of defense, conditions for the arrangement facade, installation of fences, temporary occupation of land, installation of pillars and independent advertising facilities, conditions for arrangement of green free areas, relation to existing facilities, conditions for carrying out economic activities. The total area covered is 2.0279 ha.

U izradi Izmjena i dopuna Regulacionog plana "Drvna industrija" Ključ, kao nosilac pripreme učestvovala je Općina Ključ putem svojih nadležnih službi, dostavljajući postojeće prostorne podatke i informacije u raznim oblicima, kao i inicijative i zahtjeve korisnika prostornog obuhvata. Kantonalni zavod za prostorno uređenje i planiranje Bihać je kao Nosilac izrade uspostavio bazu podataka postojećeg stanja, a nakon analize svih preuzetih podataka i izraženih planskih potreba na predmetnom prostoru, izradio je i bazu podataka za kraj planskog perioda. Zakonski osnov za izradu dokumenta je Zakon o prostornom uređenju i građenju Unsko-sanskog kantona (Sl. glasnik USK br. 12/13, 3/16, 15/20, 10/22, 23/23 , 7/24 i 8/2), te Uredba o jedinstvenoj metodologiji za izradu planskih dokumenata (Sl. novine F BiH br. 63/04, 50/07 i 84/10).
