Metadata Details: Spatial plan of the Municipality of Jajce for the period 2007 to 2027

The Spatial Plan of the Municipality of Jajce is adopted for the period of twenty years 2007 - 2027 and is a binding document for regulating spatial planning relations in the territory of the Municipality of Jajce, which covers an area of 336.70 km2 (33,670 ha), i.e. the implementation of the provisions of the Spatial Plan is the obligation of all municipal bodies, state and private companies and other organizational forms, local communities, as well as citizens and their associations in the territory of the Municipality of Jajce.

Na sjednici održanoj koncem 2006. godine, usvojena je Odluka o pristupu izradi Prostornog plana Općine za period 2007-2027 godina. Za nosioca pripreme plana, određena je „Služba za graditeljstvo, urbanizam, prostorno uređenje,
geodetske, katastarske i imovinsko pravne poslove“ općine Jajce. Za nosioca izrade Plana, nakon Zakonom propisane i provedene procedure konkursa, određen je „Institut za arhitekturu, urbanizam i prostorno planiranje Sarajevo“. U članu 23. Odluke o prihvatanju izrade Prostornog plana Općine, utvrđena su načela koja se moraju poštovati pri izradi Prostornog plana. U pomenutom članu se između ostalog precizira, da je u Prostornom planu potrebno osigurati plansko uređenje prostora, zaštitu i upravljanje prostorom Općine na načelima održivog razvoja.
