Metadata Details: Spatial Plan of the Municipality of Doboj Jug 2005-2020 (2025)

The basis for establishing the long-term concept of the spatial organization of the Doboj Jug municipality is based on construction, reconstruction and spatial planning, sanitation, protection and improvement of the human environment, as well as all other spatial interventions in the territory of the Doboj Jug municipality, which should be directed through the implementation of spatial planning documents (Spatial Plan, Urban Plan, detailed plans) with the aim of creating better living and working conditions for the population of the Doboj Jug municipality, harmonized with social, economic, social and cultural development. The validity of the Spatial Plan has been extended until 2025, and the Amendments to the Plan entered into force after the adoption of the Decision on granting consent by the Assembly of the Zenica-Doboj Canton.

U izradi Prostornog plana općine Doboj Jug je kao Nosilac pripreme učestvovala Općina putem svojih nadležnih službi, dostavljajući svoje postojeće prostorne podatke i informacije u raznim oblicima. Kantonalni zavod za urbanizam je kao Nosilac izrade uspostavio bazu podataka postojećeg stanja, a nakon analize svih preuzetih podataka i izraženih planskih potreba na predmetnom prostoru, izradio je i bazu podataka za kraj planskog perioda.
