The Energy Performance Certificates of Buildings (REC) component is an integral part of the Energy Efficiency Information System of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ISEE), and represents an internet platform of software applications designed for the purpose of creating databases on energy characteristics of buildings, generating and issuing energy performance certificates of buildings, collecting and creating databases on authorized persons for the implementation of training programs, authorized persons for conducting energy audits, and authorized persons for energy certification of buildings.
Podaci unesni u REC rezultat su provedenih energijskih audita od strane osoba ovlaštenih za provođenje energijskih audita i energijsko certificiranje zgrada u FBiH. Metodologija izračuna, način i procedura provođenja energijskih audita zgrada te unosa podataka u REC, propisani su Uredbom o provođenju energijskih audita i izdavanju energijskog certifikata („Službene novine Federacije BiH“ broj 87/18), Pravilnikom o minimalnim zahtjevima za energijskim karakteristikama zgrada (“Službene novine Federacije BiH”, br. 81/19 i 34/23) i Pravilnikom o informacionom sistemu energijske efikasnosti u Federaciji BiH (“Službene novine Federacije BiH”, broj 2/19)
